| The Clock Tower is here! Go to Snow Forts to see it! The time is in PST and use snowballs to activate it! Just like the paper said!

| basically, they decided to set one, standard time for CP, so people don't get confused when they decide to meet. they're calling it Penguin Standard Time (PST), and they're using the real PST (Pacific Standard Tiime). luckily for me, i live in the PST time zone.
just for reference, to change a time from eastern to PST, subtract 3. if it's 7 pm eastern, it's 4 pm PST | |
